Jonathan Moustakis

Jonathan Moustakis, MD, currently serves as Co-Founder and CTO at Lume Health since August 2023. Previously, Jonathan worked as a Medical Officer at the Department of Health South Africa from January 2018 to July 2022, where significant contributions included the integration of an AI-powered system for Tuberculosis screening and oversight of a COVID-19 vaccination site. Responsibilities also encompassed employee health analysis, disease screening, and supervision of medical interns, alongside providing daily patient consultations in the trauma department. Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBCh) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
