Ramesh Raghunathan

Ramesh Raghunathan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in growth and operations within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Lumelight since June 2024, Ramesh previously co-founded CXC Solutions and held the position of Chief Operating Officer until May 2025. Prior to that, Ramesh was a Senior Director in the Manufacturing Sector at i2 Technologies from March 1997 to April 2010, specializing in client management for high-value global accounts while focusing on customer satisfaction and commercial goals. Ramesh holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Materials Science from the University of Florida, as well as a B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
