Terri Gonzalez

Terri Gonzalez serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lumelight since November 2023. Previously, Terri held the position of SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Greenway Health from October 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included talent strategy development in the US and India. Terri also served as SVP, Chief Human Resource Officer at WellDyneRx from March 2018 to October 2021, focusing on human resources and talent development during a period of rapid growth. Earlier experience includes a role as Global Practice Lead, HR at Wipro, facilitating a shift to a blended service delivery model, and serving as SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at HealthPlan Services, where strategic HR leadership was emphasized. Terri holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from the University of South Florida and an MBA in Business and HRM from Florida Metropolitan University.
