Dina Melo

Dina Melo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and business management within the telecommunications and retail sectors. Currently serving as Sr Director & Chief of Staff at Lumen Technologies since August 2023, Melo previously held multiple director-level positions at Rogers Communications from June 2007 to August 2023, including Director of ANEO Business Management and Director of Transformation. In these roles, Melo was instrumental in guiding strategic direction, process improvement, automation, and change management initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at LCBO and Pizza Pizza Ltd, focusing on market research and analysis. Melo holds a BAA in Applied Geography from Ryerson University and has pursued additional education at the Schulich School of Business and Ryerson University's Chang School of Continuing Education.
