Dustin Giles

Dustin Giles is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in site reliability and DevOps engineering. Currently serving as Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Lumen Technologies since December 2025, Dustin previously held the role of Lead DevOps Engineer at Sonata Software from April 2023 to December 2025, and at Bluestem Brands from May 2015 to April 2023. Earlier in the career, Dustin worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Thomson Reuters, where responsibilities included Windows platform support, and held various engineering roles. Dustin started the career as a Computer Technician at Geek Squad, gaining expertise in repairing operating systems and troubleshooting networks. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Dustin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management.
