Jim Pope

Jim Pope, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and operations within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager and Lead Analyst at Lumen Technologies since August 2017, Jim previously held the role of Senior Center Support Analyst at CenturyLink from 2007 to August 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating operations and communications for a vast network of call centers. Prior positions include Data Specialist and Information Specialist at Qwest Communications International, focusing on workforce management and outbound treatment administration. Jim's career began at US West Communications as a Credit Consultant, providing customer service and collections. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Earlham College in 1998.
