Lissette Socorro is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, account management, and digital media. Currently serving as a Customer Success Advocate at Lumen Technologies since May 2018, Lissette implements customer success plans for medium-sized businesses, enhancing product adoption and empowering customers to self-serve. Prior roles include Senior Account Manager and Business Relationship Manager, focusing on business growth and data analytics.
