Richard Hadnett

Richard Hadnett has over two decades of experience in sales and marketing within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently, Richard serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Quantum Fiber at Lumen Technologies, leading a team of 250 professionals across a 16-state region. Previous roles at Lumen Technologies include Vice President & General Manager and Senior Director of Digital Partner Sales & Acquisition. Richard has also held significant positions at DIRECTV, including Associate Director of Sales & Retention Call Center Operations, where strategic business recommendations were made to enhance performance. Earlier career experience includes management roles at T-Mobile, AT&T, and Western Pacific Distributors. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from California State University, Chico.
