Roni McHugh

Roni McHugh is an Executive Escalation Senior Project Manager at Lumen Technologies, where they resolve executive escalations and enhance service quality. With over twenty-five years of experience in the telecom and information technology sectors, Roni has developed skills in VPN, Cloud Security, Strategic Planning, Priority Management, and Training. Prior to their current role, they managed residential sales and support at Rocket Broadband Networking and served as a Client Development Representative at Choiceone Communications. Roni has also held several positions focused on customer relations, including roles at MCI/WorldCom and MFS Telecom. They are currently pursuing their education at Niagara University.
