Scott Davis

Scott Davis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager for Mass Markets Fiber at Lumen Technologies since September 2020, Scott oversees the consumer, Small and Medium Business (SMB), and Multi-Tenant Unit (MTU) customer segments, driving market execution and customer experience. Prior to this, Scott spent 17 years at CenturyLink in various leadership roles, culminating as Vice President of Small & Medium Enterprise Sales & Customer Success, where Scott managed a multichannel SMB organization and held complete P&L responsibility. Scott's earlier positions at CenturyLink included Director roles focused on national partner sales and regional field sales, where Scott built high-performing teams and implemented successful revenue strategies. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Communication Studies from Arizona State University.
