Thomas Hopkins has over 35 years of extensive experience in operations and service management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Operations Service Manager at Lumen Technologies since September 2020, Thomas previously held multiple senior roles at CenturyLink, including Sr. Post Sales Engineer, Sr. Lead Project Manager, and Manager of Post Sales Engineering, where leadership of a team of Account Consultants and Senior Post Sales Engineers was a key responsibility.
