Lumenai
Incubated at the Oxford University Innovation Hub, Lumenai is focused on transforming how organisations approach workforce data. We bridge the gap between academic research and practical business solutions, helping organisations unlock the power of Human Capability Indexing and Data Maturity Modelling to drive strategic decision-making and workforce transformation. At Lumenai, we understand that businesses need objective, actionable insights to optimise talent, improve performance, and stay competitive. Our approach takes subjective human data, such as attitudes, preferences, behaviours, and values, and processes it into structured, benchmarkable capability taxonomies that organisations can use to shape strategy and align workforce development with organisational goals. Our platform offers frictionless deployment, allowing businesses to capture over 50 objective data points in just five minutes without requiring integration into existing tech stacks. This streamlined process ensures organisations can quickly gain meaningful insights into workforce capabilities, making it easier to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies. Through our Lumenai LABS programme, we collaborate with early adopters to co-create Human Capital Data Centres of Excellence. Our programme supports organisations from diagnosis to execution, guiding them in implementing human capability indexing infrastructure and ensuring that transformation initiatives lead to measurable ROI and sustainable change. Lumenai stands out for its unique combination of academic rigor and real-world application. We provide organisations with the tools they need to develop and leverage their data and analytics maturity potential, helping them maximise the impact of their workforce transformation efforts. By combining data maturity transformation with workforce development, Lumenai is helping businesses future-proof their operations, improve decision-making, and drive sustainable change.
