Glenn Disarcina

Glenn DiSarcina is an accomplished business development professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Business Development at Lumenalta since March 2025, where the focus is on delivering impactful custom software solutions for leading global brands. Prior experience includes roles such as VP of Sales at Encora Inc. and Regional Sales Director and Sales Director at Distillery. As the Founder of 643 Consulting, Glenn built a team of experienced representatives specializing in software development talent. Additional experience includes senior management roles at BairesDev and Hitachi Vantara, as well as overseeing sales and marketing for Custom Group. Glenn also contributed to youth sports as the Varsity Baseball Coach at Groton School from 2007 to 2019. Glenn holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
