Ranjot Sobti

Ranjot Singh Sobti is the Director, Global Operations & Strategy at Lumenci and is based out of Lumenci’s Gurgaon, India office. He is responsible for the overall operations & strategy for the company. He has over 10 years of consulting (ex-Alvarez & Marshal), start-up, and Investment banking experience. He has extensively worked with global clients across a range of industries including aviation, iron & steel manufacturing, retail, travel & hospitality, pharmaceutical, media & telecom, and F&B. He has expertise in turnaround, restructuring, and performance improvement projects and has worked across functions like procurement, finance, sales, and operations.

Ranjot is a bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani and Post-Graduate from IIM Bangalore. He aims to build best-in-class processes and systems to enable Lumenci to become the one-stop shop for all matters related to IP development, litigation, and monetization.
