Michael Parrilla

Michael Parrilla serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Lumendi since August 2015, leading the development of innovative endoscopic tools through a partnership with Weill Cornell Medical College's Minimally Invasive New Technologies Program. Prior experience includes roles as Management Consultant at Aurora Imaging Technology and Siemens Healthcare, and significant tenure at Hologic, Inc., where Parrilla held senior leadership positions overseeing manufacturing operations and contributing to substantial revenue growth. Additional expertise was gained as Vice President of Operations at EMP Systems, Vice President of Manufacturing at Medical Laboratory Automation, and Integrated Product Team Leader at Norden Systems, Northrop Grumman. A background in aerospace and defense manufacturing engineering roles complements a strong educational foundation in business administration and manufacturing engineering.
