Yael Shamir-Elron

Yael Shamir-Elron is a seasoned professional in product management and business development, currently serving as Global Product Manager at Lumenis since May 2022. Previously, Yael held the role of Business Unit Manager for Immunology and Gastro at AbbVie from January 2016 to January 2022 and served as Senior Product Manager at AbbVie from February 2010 to December 2015. Additional experience includes founding Yeladudes Media Inc. in 2009, where the company specialized in distributing high-quality Israeli children's DVDs with multilingual subtitle options. Yael has also worked as Development Coordinator at Vancouver Talmud Torah School and held research roles at The University of British Columbia. Earlier career highlights include product management positions at MSD Israel and Assia Riesel. Yael holds a Master of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
