Betty Lo

Betty Lo serves as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Practice Lead at Lumenor Consulting Group since 2019, specializing in end-to-end OCM solutions for the transportation industry. As the founder and investor at Gulf Sun Investments since 2000, Betty leads the acquisition and development of investment properties. Involvement with the Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF) as a National Board member and prior leadership roles with the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) demonstrate a commitment to promoting Asian American leadership. Experience at Accenture, Nielsen, Newell Rubbermaid, TrueBridge, and The Coca-Cola Company highlights a strong background in organizational development, change management, and diversity initiatives. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BA in International Business and Political Science from Wesleyan College.
