Ashlee Gough is an experienced professional in transaction underwriting and surveillance, currently serving as a Transaction Underwriting Associate and Team Lead for Surveillance at Lument since June 2021. Prior experience includes managing surveillance operations at KeyBank Real Estate Capital and performing financial analysis for commercial properties. Ashlee began a career in financial services at Pinnacle Plus Financial as a Branch Manager and has also held management roles at Aflac.
