Matthew McCreary

Matthew McCreary is an experienced professional in multifamily originations with a strong background in commercial real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Multifamily Originations at Lument since October 2018, Matthew previously held the position of Director at RED Capital Group before the merger with Lument in December 2019. Prior roles include Originator in Multifamily/CRE Production at Sabal Financial Group, where Matthew received the Rising Star Award in 2016, and Acquisitions Associate at The Shidler Group, which focuses on opportunistic and core investments in commercial properties. Matthew's career began as a Business Development Analyst at SportsOneSource and included an internship in the Wealth Management Division at Citi. Matthew holds an MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
