Stephanie Gause Culpepper

Stephanie Gause Culpepper has accumulated diverse work experience in the legal field. Stephanie currently holds the position of Deputy General Counsel at Lument, a prominent investment and mortgage banking firm specializing in multifamily and affordable housing, senior living, and healthcare markets. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Director and Senior Managing Counsel at Lument. Stephanie also worked at ORIX Corporation USA, where they held various legal positions, including Senior Director, Senior Managing Counsel & Director of Legal Operations, Assistant General Counsel, and Director of Legal Operations. Before joining ORIX Corporation, Stephanie was a Partner at Frost Brown Todd, where they provided legal counsel on real estate and corporate transactions. Stephanie also worked as a Partner and Associate at Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP, focusing on diverse responsibilities such as real estate law and associate work. At the beginning of their career, Stephanie gained experience as a Real Estate Associate at Baker Botts.

Stephanie Gause Culpepper has an extensive education history. Stephanie began their educational journey by attending the American School in London from 1992 to 1997. Stephanie later pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in the Business Honors Program and Finance. Stephanie graduated from their BBA program in 2003.
