Tyler Griffin

Tyler Griffin is senior managing director, mortgage banking chief operating officer (COO) at Lument. In her prior role as a chief operating officer at predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital, Tyler was responsible for managing business operations across all loan platforms and overseeing transaction management. She also supported initiatives to integrate systems and technology with current practices to facilitate production across all business lines.

Prior to joining Hunt, she was COO at Dwight Capital, where she established the firm as an FHA/MAP lender with GNMA servicing capabilities and was responsible for more than $1.2 billion in annual loan production and a servicing portfolio that exceeded $3 billion. Before that, she was with Capital One Multifamily Finance as senior director, and head of FHA programs. Earlier in her career, she held key roles at Beech Street Capital and at Metropolitan Funding Corporation.

Tyler graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s in economics and financial economics from Vanderbilt University.
