Emily Ma is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Director at Lumentum since December 2016, Emily has previously held significant positions including Director of Human Resources for China at Celestica and HR Director at Sanmina, where responsibilities included Compensation and Benefit management for the Greater China Region. Emily's career began at IBM as an HR Manager, followed by notable positions at Orbotech and Lumentum. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law and has completed a Master's degree course in Human Resources Management at Renmin University of China.
