Pauline Koh

Pauline Koh has extensive work experience in senior management roles in the supply chain field. Pauline most recently worked as a Senior Director of Supply Chain at Lumentum in 2020, where they focused on continuous process improvement and problem-solving. Prior to that, they were the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Avaya from 2018 to 2020, responsible for sourcing and pricing worldwide. Before their role at Avaya, they served as the Director of Sales Support APAC at Microchip Technology Inc. from 2016 to 2018, managing customer service and support teams. Previously, they held various positions at Seagate Technology, including Senior Director, Director of Asia Materials, and Senior Manager, where they managed planning, purchasing, and supplier relationships.

Pauline Koh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resource from the University of Oregon from 1986 to 1989. Pauline later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Preston University in 2003. Pauline also holds additional certifications, including a Six Sigma Brown Belt in Business Process from Seagate Technology in 2004 and a Six Sigma Green Belt in Business Process from the same institution in 2002.
