Rajiv Agarwal

Rajiv Agarwal has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Rajiv currently works at Lumentum as a Senior Principal Engineer, and previously held the position of Principal Engineer. Before joining Lumentum, Rajiv worked at EMCORE Corporation as a Senior Operations Manager and Senior Principal Engineer. Rajiv also has experience as a Principal at Learning Solutions Corporation. Prior to that, Rajiv worked as a Consultant at Instrumentation Solutions, specializing in custom test equipment with computer control. Rajiv began their career at Spectra-Physics as a Senior Development Engineer and has also worked at Rockwell Automation as an Electronics Design Engineer, TRW as a Process Engineer, and Codenoll Technology Corporation as a Semiconductor Device Engineer.

Rajiv Agarwal holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1981-1983). Rajiv also obtained a bachelor's degree in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi (1976-1981) and completed their ISC in Science from Don Bosco School, Park Circus, Kolkata (1970-1975). Additionally, they have earned various certifications, including Crash course on Python from Coursera, Exploratory Data Analysis from SAS, and ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters.
