Riz Topacio

Riz Topacio is a Process Engineering Manager with extensive experience in various assembly processes, including transceivers and transponders. They held positions at companies such as Tong Hsing Electronics and Finisar Malaysia, where they led process improvements, machine qualifications, and quality control initiatives. Riz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology in 1999. Currently, they are engaged in leadership roles within the engineering sector, focusing on new product introduction and production assembly processes.
