Fatema Rashid

Fatema Rashid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program transformation and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Program Transformation Director at Health Catalyst since August 2024, Rashid previously held the same title at Lumeon for a decade while also taking on roles such as Head of Projects (US) and Senior Project Manager. Experience includes supporting the London 2012 Olympics as Transport Systems Team Leader and implementing IT training programs at Poplar HARCA. Early career involved project management at Caledonia Investments and various managerial roles at Deloitte, focusing on software development, client solutions, and training. Rashid holds a first-class degree in Chemical Engineering from London South Bank University.
