I joined Lumeon in 2011 and have seen the company grow from a very small team into the organisation we are today. As the Customer Support Lead, my main responsibility is to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation to solve client issues. I love it. We have a lot of fun here working together, and the pace of the work is great!
