Danielle Mungenast, CCP, is a seasoned compensation and total rewards professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing compensation programs that enhance employee attraction, retention, and engagement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation at Lumeris since June 2018, Danielle leads initiatives that align compensation strategies with the company's mission.
