John Khoury

Senior Vice President, Client Solutions at Lumeris

John Khoury has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. John started their career in 1996 as a Clinical Pharmacist and held various responsibilities at Missouri Baptist Medical Center/BJC HealthCare until 2007. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Trauma/Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. Additionally, they served as Adjunct Faculty at Butler University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City during the years 2002 and 2001 respectively.

In 2007, Khoury joined Missouri Baptist Medical Center as a Pharmacy Manager and held other responsibilities until 2010. During this time, in 2010, they also became the Director of Clinical Decision Support/Quality at Essence Healthcare. In the same year, they started working at Lumeris as the Director of Clinical Solutions and Strategy until 2013. John then became the Head of Clinical Consulting at Lumeris from 2013 to 2014, followed by the role of Vice President, Client Account Lead from 2014 to 2016.

Subsequently, Khoury served as the Vice President, National Payor/Provider Strategy and Northeast Market Lead at Lumeris from 2016 to 2017, and as Vice President/GM, Health System Accounts from 2017 to 2022. In 2017, they also joined TriHealth as a Population Health Executive, a role they are expected to continue until 2023.

In addition to their corporate positions, Khoury has been an Adjunct Faculty member at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy from 2001 to 2013 and a Faculty member at the Accountable Delivery System Institute since 2012.

Most recently, they have worked as the Senior Vice President, Client Solutions at Lumeris since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for the development and implementation of technology-first solutions that drive Lumeris's "Accountable Risk Organization" business model and value-based outcomes for partners, including the entry into direct patient care.

John Khoury completed their education with a High School Diploma from Washington Community High School in 1995. John then pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis from 1995 to 2001. Later, they attended Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, where they obtained a Masters in Business Administration in 2010.
