Kathleen Pence

Kathleen Pence is a seasoned learning and development professional currently serving as a Sr. Learning & Development Specialist at Lumeris since February 2022, after progressing through roles including Sr. Corporate Training Specialist and Corporate Training Specialist. In this position, Kathleen excels in training new employees in Provider Services, ensuring their proficiency in technology systems and health plan information. Kathleen has effectively managed onboarding programs, adapting training content and facilitating group and individual learning sessions in a virtual environment.
