Lauren Lubus Eschmann, MHA, INHC, CWC, serves as the Partner Operations Manager at Lumeris since February 2022 and is the Founder and Health/Performance Coach at Fuel Within, LLC, where inspiration for mental, emotional, and physical wellness is fostered for individuals and teams globally. With extensive experience in health coaching and strategic planning, Lauren has held key positions such as Patient Navigator at PALM Health and Strategic Planning Consultant at SSM Health. Lauren's background also includes coaching Olympic-level swimmers at the University of Nevada Reno, directing marketing and communications strategies at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, and participating on boards and fundraising committees for various health-related organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from Penn State University and a Certificate in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
