Shelby Sweat

Shelby Sweat currently serves as Vice President of Risk Adjustment Solutions and Strategy at Lumeris, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Shelby was with Monogram Health from October 2023 to December 2024 as Associate Vice President and previously as Senior Director of Program Operations, focusing on transforming healthcare delivery for individuals with kidney disease. Shelby's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Risk Operations at Lumeris and various roles at Optum, including Market Director and Manager of Market Consultation. Shelby holds a Master of Science in Health Law from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Florida State University.
