Xi-Wen Lin

Xi-Wen Lin holds an MBA from North Carolina State University and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently serving as Integration Manager at Alo since August 2023, Xi-Wen has extensive experience in technical program management across various organizations. Prior roles include Technical Program Manager at Hotel Engine, where responsibilities expanded to support a large product and engineering department, and similar positions at Teladoc Health, IQVIA, and Lumeris. With a strong background in agile methodologies and process management, Xi-Wen has successfully led multiple development teams, facilitated PI Planning sessions, and managed program budgets. Other notable experiences include roles at Truven Health Analytics and Acumen Physician Solutions, where Xi-Wen contributed to product development and scaling efforts.
