Mitchell Boulton, CFA has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Mitchell started their career as a Senior Analyst in Insolvency & Restructuring at BCR Advisory from November 2012 to August 2014. Mitchell then joined EY, where they held various roles including Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services from August 2014 to July 2019, specializing in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, they worked as a Corporate Development Manager in Enterprise Growth Services from February 2017 to May 2017 as part of EY's non-profit consulting program for SMEs, social enterprises, and NGOs in low and middle-income countries. In 2019, Mitchell founded their own company, DatabookPro. Currently, they are the Head of Finance and Corporate Development at Lumi since June 2022. Through their roles, Mitchell has developed expertise in energy, utilities, and technology-focused transactions.

Mitchell Boulton, CFA has a diverse education history. Mitchell obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Macquarie University from 2008 to 2012. During their time at Macquarie University, they majored in Finance and minored in Accounting.

In 2016, Mitchell earned the Chartered Accountant credential from the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Moving forward, they pursued further education in the field of business administration. Mitchell obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from both SDA Bocconi and the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2019-2021.

Additionally, Mitchell holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute, which they earned in October 2018.
