Elise is a dedicated and results-driven Customer Success Lead at Lumiant. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience, Elise focuses on helping Lumiant customers design and stage transformational experiences for clients. Elise is also a member of the Customer Success Collective, where she contributes to driving company-wide alignment around customer success as a source of business growth. With previous experience as a Key Account Manager at Midwinter and Client Services Officer at StatePlus, Elise has a strong background in client service and financial planning. Elise holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance - Financial Planning from Charles Sturt University, a Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional, and a Graduate Certificate in Business from the University of Wollongong.
