Serena Alba Davoli

Serena Alba Davoli is an accomplished researcher specializing in bioassays, single-cell assays, and molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis, with extensive experience in both leadership and scientific roles. Currently, Serena serves as R&D Team Lead and Application Development Scientist at LUMICKS, focusing on the development of tools and instruments for bioassays. Prior experience includes a Principal Scientist role at Sphere Fluidics Limited, where Serena led the development of high-throughput single-cell assays, and earlier positions at the European Science Foundation and the European Molecular Biology Organization, emphasizing scientific administration and peer-review processes.
