Miriam Ross is currently a Student Mentor at Lumiere Education, where responsibilities include guiding high school students in developing research and critical thinking skills for an undergraduate-level final research paper. As a Cognitive Science PhD student at Brown University since August 2022, Miriam builds on a strong background in research, having previously served as a Canine Research Assistant at the Canine Cognition Center at Yale, where involvement included experimental design related to canine behavior. Additional experience includes a Fulbright Austria Research Fellowship at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna and field research on rhesus macaques at Yale's Cayo Santiago Field Station. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Yale University and ongoing doctoral studies at Brown University.
