William Santana

William Santana has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. William has most recently worked at Lumifi as an IT System Security Engineer, where they focused on creating and implementing security policies to optimize hardware and software infrastructure. Prior to that, they worked at Intellective as an IT Systems Support Engineer, managing systems infrastructure and supporting critical applications. William also contributed to server migration projects. William's previous experience includes roles as a Cloud and Systems Engineer at Binary Pulse, LLC, an IT System Engineer at Dycom Industries, a Systems Analyst at Stefanini, and an IT System Analyst at GlobeNet Telecom. William also worked as an IT System Analyst at PCTec FL where they were responsible for maintaining small business networks and making decisions on equipment and IT solutions. Additionally, they worked as a Field Service Engineer at edgeMED Healthcare Solutions, Inc. / International Computer Maintenance, providing support for hardware and software issues.

William Santana obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Everglades University, which they attended from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued studies in information technology at Florida Atlantic University from 1998 to 1999, although they did not obtain a degree. In addition, they obtained a certification as a HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST) from the Human Development Institute Co., Ltd. (HDI) in January 2009.
