Currently, Juha serves as the Founder of Catalyst Ventures, focusing on Media-for-Equity investments for consumer-driven SMEs. Additionally, Juha holds prominent roles as a Partner at Identia Oy, which specializes in high-quality holiday living destinations, and as a Board Member and Chairman at several organizations, including Premico Group, Lumikko Oy, Rovio Pet Foods Oy, Indoor Group Oy, and NGS Finland Oy. Juha co-founded Carbonfarm, aimed at advancing carbon capture and sustainable agricultural practices. Juha's educational background includes a Master of Science degree in International Business & Marketing from Turku School of Economics.
