Tom Constantino

Tom Constantino currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Lumileds since October 2023. Prior to this, Tom held the CFO position at Lime, where responsibilities spanned Finance, IT, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, and Real Estate. Previous experience includes a CFO role at Iron Ox, an innovative start-up focused on sustainable agriculture, and an Executive Vice President position at A10 Networks, where Tom contributed to significant financial turnarounds. Tom also served in various finance leadership roles at Western Digital, including Vice President Finance, and was instrumental in the acquisition of San Disk. Tom began a finance career at Hitachi, where preparations for an IPO led to a successful sale to Western Digital. Early career experiences include finance and operations roles at HP and an Audit Manager position at Price Waterhouse. Tom holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from San Jose State University.
