Kevin Morrissey

Kevin Morrissey is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Data Privacy Officer at Lumin Digital since September 2023. Previously, Kevin held the position of Associate Counsel at Macy's, where oversight and strategic direction were provided for the loyalty programs and credit card products, including management of consumer litigation. Prior to this, Kevin served as Corporate Counsel for Regulatory Compliance at Velera, advising on legal and compliance issues related to various consumer credit and privacy laws. Kevin's career also includes a role as Senior Specialist at Nationwide Financial, focusing on investment contracts, and as a Legal & Compliance Specialist at Bread Financial. Kevin earned a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University.
