- Silvina Lamenza
Silvina Lamenza is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and international relations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Assistant at LUMIN since August 2022, Silvina is involved in documenting local and export sales while focusing on process improvement. Previous roles include working as a Commercial Assistant at Richburg Footwear Services, managing foreign clients, and an internship at the Agencia Uruguaya de Cooperación Internacional, where Silvina prepared reports on international cooperation. Additionally, Silvina gained experience in the U.S. Department of State as a Facility Management Assistant and interned in the Political Economical Section at the U.S. Embassy in Montevideo. Silvina began a career in education as a Preschool Teacher, combining language teaching with fun. Silvina holds multiple degrees from Universidad de la República, culminating in a Licenciatura in International Relations.
