Betsy Ferronato

Betsy leads all things Human Resources, including recruiting, benefits, and internal policies. She holds a PhD in Organizational Development, and prior to Lumin, worked at a tech start-up, where she helped the organization mature with refined processes and procedures. She is passionate about employee satisfaction and well-being and building a strong team with a shared sense of trust and commitment for organizational success. Outside of the office, you will find Betsy baking or traveling with her husband and son, who have a passion for adventure!
