Blake Bender

Blake Bender has a diverse range of work experience in the sports and fitness industry. Blake'smost recent position is as a U.S. Sales Executive at Lumin Sports, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Owner of Bender Athletic Club starting in May 2023.

Blake also has experience in athletic performance coaching, having served as an Assistant Athletic Performance Coach at Cal Athletics from June 2020 onwards. Before that, they were the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Charlotte 49ers Athletics from May 2018 to May 2020.

Additionally, they have worked as a Co-developer and Instructor at Posturepro in 2020. In 2017, Blake held the role of Assistant Coordinator of Strength and Conditioning at Florida Gulf Coast University from September 2017 to May 2018.
