Jessica Steens

Jessica Steens is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer at Hoap, a platform that provides physical, mental, and emotional performance tools for individuals and teams. Jessica is responsible for pioneering "Performance Wellbeing" and developing software designed for leading organizations. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Lumin Sports, where they collaborated with professional sporting teams to interpret complex team data. Jessica also gained experience as a Senior Manager at KPMG Australia from 2017 to 2021 and as a Tax Manager at KPMG US from 2013 to 2017. Jessica began their career as a Senior Accountant at Pitcher Partners and later worked as a Consultant at PwC.

Jessica Steens completed a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in conjunction with a Bachelor of Business (Commercial Law) from the University of South Australia from 2004 to 2007. Their majors during this time were in Accounting, Commercial Law, and Marketing.
