Terrie Robinson

President & Head of Operations at Lumina Vision Partners

Terrie is a strategic, hands-on finance and operations executive with 30 years of broad experience and a successful track record in high-growth environments. She is a seasoned leader capable of developing a vision for taking a company forward, then executing on that vision. Terrie has dedicated her career to helping companies evolve from their entrepreneurial roots into well-managed middle market companies by developing people, processes and systems to increase revenue, support growth and improve profitability.

Terrie has held the C-level positions in several private equity backed companies. Most recently, she has focused on the healthcare industry working with Health Evolution Partners as a portfolio executive. While there she partnered with entrepreneurial founders to take companies operationally to the next level, including overseeing development and deployment of a mobile IT platform across 4,000 clinic locations nationally. She also restructured organizations to achieve market alignment and unlock the value of core assets.

Prior to working with HEP, Terrie was Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Gold Canyon International, an internet retailer with $100 million in revenue, operating in three countries. While there she modernized all back-end functions, implemented lean manufacturing processes, and introduced production and material resource planning and demand forecasting. She also overhauled IT to update systems in support of a 24/7 online sales ordering platform in three countries.

In addition, Terrie was Chief Financial Officer for Chevys Restaurants, a national restaurant operator with $425 million in sales and 145 locations, which she successfully restructured resulting in a 50% increase in profitability.

Terrie currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and two daughters, where they love to hike, bike and enjoy the beautiful Sonoran Desert. She holds a B.A. from the University of Utah and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
