Marty Irwin

Marty Irwin has extensive experience in environmental management and community development, currently serving as the Community Development Coordinator at Standards Home Health & Hospice since October 2015, focused on compassionate care in Central Texas. Irwin has been with Luminant since 1995, holding titles including Environmental Supervisor, Sr. Environmental Specialist, and Environmental Specialist, overseeing environmental compliance, wildlife management, mine reclamation, and various educational initiatives. Additionally, Irwin's early career at Alcoa as a Senior Environmental Specialist involved large-scale reclamation projects and wildlife management across significant acreage. Marty Irwin holds dual bachelor's degrees in Wildlife Management and Range Management from Texas Tech University, completed in 1984.
