Anders Grunnet-Jepsen

Anders Grunnet-Jepsen serves as the VP of Advanced Development at Luminar Technologies since October 2021, focusing on the advancement of Next Generation Lidar and Sensing solutions to enhance driving safety. Previously, Anders co-founded ThinkOptics and has held significant leadership roles, including CTO of the RealSense Group at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included developing cutting-edge 3D computer vision technology for various applications. Anders has also contributed as a consultant at LitePoint Corp and Innurvation, and led optical performance projects at Intel and Templex Technology. Anders's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Engineering, Optics from the University of Oxford and an MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DTU, Technical University of Denmark.
