David Kenney

David Kenney has a diverse work experience in the fields of human resources and corporate communications. DAVID worked at Luminare Health as Vice President of Human Resources, where they partnered with top executives to utilize HR services for achieving business objectives. Prior to that, they held various roles at Allstate Insurance, including Human Resources Director, Corporate Communications Director, and Regional Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing HR activities, overseeing communication strategies, and providing counsel to senior leaders.

David Kenney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Eastern Illinois University from 1977 to 1981. DAVID also obtained additional certifications including Coaching for Human Resources Professionals (CHRP) from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2015 and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Management Institute in 2014.
