Tom Mafale

Tom Mafale has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career.

Tom currently serves as the Vice President of Sales, East at Luminare Health since 2024.

Previously, they worked as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at SureCo from 2023 to 2024.

Before that, they were the Chief Growth Officer at Paradigm from 2021 to 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, they served as the EVP, Chief Sales & Client Officer at HealthSmart, where they were responsible for growth and revenue for all product lines.

Prior to that, they held the position of Corporate Vice President, Commercial & Government Programs Segment at EmblemHealth from 2015 to 2017.

Tom also worked at Aetna as the Senior Vice President / Head of Sales and Operations – National Accounts from 2012 to 2015.

At UnitedHealthcare, they held multiple roles including Senior VP – Public Sector | National VP – Sales and Client Management / Public Sector, COO – Public Sector, National Vice President- Jumbo Accounts, and Regional Vice President- Key Accounts from 1988 to 2012.

Tom Mafale earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fairfield University.
